A former Montgomery County public official who apparently lost a computer that officials say contained hundreds of lewd photos of children has been arrested on charges of possessing child pornography. The investigation also involved the offices of Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable and Precinct 4 Constable Rowdy Hayden, Montgomery County District Attorney Brett Ligon and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Hill said. According to Kelley's LinkedIn profile, he has worked since October 2011 for Renovo Consultants, a Magnolia advocacy organization promoting community enhancement.
